Our Big Idea

Tradition Magazine is a new Catholic venture. Our big idea is to find new ways to present the beauty and wonder and sometimes the strangeness of Catholic Tradition. To do this, our issues gather together many voices around a single theme. We present living Catholic authors alongside voices from across Catholic history here on Substack and via a massive audio podcast. Despite our name, we’re not all ‘trads’, though we like trads and anyone else who loves our Catholic tradition and wants to help other people get to love it too.

We publish quarterly, one big post and one enormous podcast. Each publication has a theme which links all the material within it.
